「アッキーのPython初めて体験記」（以下「当サイト」といいます。）は、当サイトが提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条(個人情報等の定義)

1. 本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができる情報を意味します。
2. 本ポリシーにおいて「履歴情報および特性情報」とは、前項の「個人情報」に該当しない情報を指し、利用したサービス、購入した商品、閲覧したページや広告の履歴、検索キーワード、利用日時、利用方法、利用環境、郵便番号、性別、職業、年齢、利用者のIPアドレス、Cookie情報、位置情報、端末識別情報等を含みます。

第2条(個人情報の収集方法)

1. 当サイトは、利用者が利用登録をする際に、氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号等の個人情報の提供を求めることがあります。
2. 利用者とビジネスパートナー（情報提供者、広告主、広告配信先等をいいます。以下同じ。）との間で行われた取引記録および決済に関する情報（利用者の個人情報を含みます。）は、当該ビジネスパートナーに提供される場合があります。
3. 当サイトは、利用者が本サービスの各ページを閲覧または利用した際、利用したサービスもしくはソフトウェア、購入した商品、閲覧したページや広告の履歴、検索したキーワード、利用日時、利用方法、利用環境（モバイル端末を利用する場合には、当該端末の通信状況、利用に関する各種設定情報を含みます。）、IPアドレス、Cookie情報、位置情報、端末識別情報等の履歴情報および特性情報を収集します。

第3条(個人情報を収集・利用する目的)

当サイトが個人情報を収集し、利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。

1. 氏名、住所、連絡先、支払方法等の登録情報、利用したサービス、購入した商品および価格等の情報を利用者に表示し、利用者が自己の登録情報を閲覧、修正するため
2. 氏名、住所等の連絡先情報を利用して、利用者に対し電子メール等により通知・連絡を行い、商品を送付し、その他必要に応じて利用者と連絡をとるため
3. 利用者本人であることを確認するため、氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号等の情報および郵送物の配達結果等の情報を利用するため
4. 利用料金の請求のため、購入した商品の名称・数量、利用したサービスの種類・期間・回数、請求金額、氏名、住所、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号等の支払情報を利用するため
5. 利用者が入力の手間を省けるよう、当サイトに登録された情報を各種入力画面にあらかじめ表示するため、および利用者の指示に基づき、その他のサービス(ビジネスパートナーが提供するものを含みます。)を提供するため
6. 支払遅延、第三者への損害、詐欺その他不正な目的で本サービスを利用しようとする利用者を識別し、当該利用者の利用をお断りするため
7. 利用者からのお問い合わせに対応するため、お問い合わせ・請求に関する情報、利用者による本サービスの利用状況、連絡先情報等、対応に必要な情報を利用するため
8. 上記各号の利用目的に付随する目的のため

第4条(個人情報の第三者提供)

1. 当サイトは、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、あらかじめ利用者本人の同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供しません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令により提供が認められる場合は、この限りではありません。
   1. 法令に基づく場合
   2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
   3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
   4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
   5. あらかじめ次に掲げる事項を公表し、または本人が容易に知り得る状態に置いている場合
      1. 利用目的に第三者への提供を含むこと
      2. 第三者に提供されるデータの項目
      3. 第三者への提供の手段または方法
      4. 本人の求めに応じて当該本人が識別される個人情報の第三者への提供を停止すること
2. 前項の規定にかかわらず、次に掲げる場合において当該個人情報の提供を受ける者は、同項の第三者に該当しないものとします。
   1. 当サイトが利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
   2. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
   3. 個人情報を特定の者との間で共同して利用する場合であって、その旨ならびに共同して利用される個人情報の項目、共同して利用する者の範囲、利用する者の利用目的および当該個人情報の管理について責任を有する者の氏名または名称について、あらかじめ本人に通知し、または本人が容易に知り得る状態に置いているとき

第5条(個人情報の開示)

1. 当サイトは、本人から個人情報の開示を求められたときは、本人に対し、遅滞なくこれを開示します。ただし、開示することにより次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないことがあり、開示しない旨を決定したときは、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。
   1. 本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
   2. 当サイトの業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
   3. その他法令に違反することとなる場合
2. 前項の規定にかかわらず、履歴情報および特性情報等の個人情報以外の情報については、原則として開示を行いません。
3. 個人情報の開示を行う場合、1件あたり5,000円の手数料を申し受けます。

第6条(個人情報の訂正および削除)

1. 利用者は、当サイトが保有する自己の個人情報が誤った情報である場合、当サイトが定める手続に従い、当サイトに対して個人情報の訂正または削除を求めることができます。
2. 当サイトは、利用者から前項の請求を受け、その請求に理由があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該個人情報の訂正または削除を行い、これを利用者に通知します。

第7条(個人情報の利用停止等)

当サイトは、個人情報が利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われていること、または不正の手段により取得されたことを理由として、その利用の停止または消去(以下「利用停止等」といいます。)を求められた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき利用停止等を行い、その旨を本人に通知します。ただし、利用停止等に多額の費用を要する場合その他利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、本人の権利利益を保護するために必要なこれに代わる措置をとれるときは、この代替措置を講じるものとします。

第8条(プライバシーポリシーの変更)

本ポリシーの内容は、利用者への通知なく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

“Akkiy’s My First Python Experience Diary” (the “Site”) sets forth this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of Users’ personal information in connection with the services provided by the Site (the “Service”).

Article 1 (Definitions)

1. “Personal Information” under this Policy means “personal information” as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “APPI”), meaning information such as a person’s name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and other contact information or descriptions by which a specific individual can be identified.
2. “Usage History and Attribute Information” under this Policy means information other than “Personal Information” described in the preceding paragraph, including services used, products purchased, history of pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords, dates and times of use, method of use, usage environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, the User’s IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identification information.

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)

1. The Site may request Users to provide personal information, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number, at the time of registration for use.
2. Records of transactions (including Users’ personal information) and payment-related information exchanged between a User and a Business Partner (meaning information providers, advertisers, ad-delivery partners, and other affiliated business operators; the same shall apply hereinafter) may be provided to the relevant Business Partner.
3. When a User views or uses any page of the Service, the Site collects Usage History and Attribute Information, including services or software used, products purchased, history of pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords used, dates and times of use, method of use, usage environment (including, for Users using mobile devices, the communication status of the device and various usage-related settings), IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identification information.

Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The Site collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

1. To display registration information such as name, address, contact information, and payment method, as well as information on services used, products purchased, and prices, so that Users may view and correct their own registration information;
2. To use contact information such as name and address to notify or contact Users by email or other means, to send products to Users, and to otherwise contact Users as necessary;
3. To use information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number, together with delivery results of mailed items, to verify a User’s identity;
4. To use information on the name and quantity of products purchased, the type, period, and frequency of services used, the amount billed, and payment information such as name, address, bank account number, and credit card number, for the purpose of billing Users for use of the Service;
5. To pre-populate input screens with information already registered with the Site in order to reduce Users’ data-entry effort, and to provide other services (including those provided by Business Partners) based on Users’ instructions;
6. To identify Users who delay payment, cause damage to third parties, or attempt to use the Service for fraudulent or other improper purposes, using information such as usage history, name, and address, in order to refuse the use of the Service by such Users;
7. To use information necessary to respond to inquiries from Users, including information on inquiries and claims, a User’s usage status of the Service, and contact information; and
8. For purposes incidental to any of the foregoing purposes.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. Except in the following cases, the Site will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the User; provided, however, that this shall not apply where provision is otherwise permitted under the APPI or other applicable laws:
   1. Where required by law;
   2. Where necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
   3. Where particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
   4. Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by either of the foregoing, in order to perform a duty prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the performance of that duty; or
   5. Where the Site has, in advance, publicly announced or placed the individual in a position to readily know the following matters:
      1. That the purpose of use includes provision to third parties;
      2. The items of data provided to third parties;
      3. The means or method of provision to third parties; and
      4. That, upon the individual’s request, provision of the individual’s personal information to third parties will be discontinued.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, a recipient of personal information shall not be deemed a “third party” under the preceding paragraph in any of the following cases:
   1. Where the Site entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use;
   2. Where personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reason; or
   3. Where personal information is jointly used with a specific party, and the fact of such joint use, the items of personal information jointly used, the scope of persons jointly using it, the purpose of use by such persons, and the name of the person responsible for managing such personal information have been notified to the individual in advance or placed in a position to be readily known by the individual.

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

1. Where an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the Site shall disclose such information to the individual without delay. However, the Site may decline to disclose all or part of such information where disclosure would fall under any of the following, and shall promptly notify the individual of such decision:
   1. Where disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party;
   2. Where disclosure is likely to significantly impede the proper conduct of the Site’s business; or
   3. Where disclosure would violate any law or regulation.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as Usage History and Attribute Information, will not, in principle, be disclosed.
3. A fee of JPY 5,000 per request shall be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. Where personal information about a User held by the Site is incorrect, the User may request the Site to correct or delete such personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Site.
2. Where the Site receives a request under the preceding paragraph and determines that the request is justified, the Site shall correct or delete the relevant personal information without delay and notify the User accordingly.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

Where the Site is requested to suspend the use or erase personal information (collectively, “Suspension of Use”) on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or was obtained by wrongful means, the Site shall promptly conduct the necessary investigation and, based on the results thereof, carry out the Suspension of Use and notify the individual accordingly; provided, however, that where Suspension of Use would require substantial expense or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the individual can be taken in its place, the Site shall take such alternative measures instead.

Article 8 (Amendment of this Policy)

The content of this Policy may be amended without notice to Users. The amended Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the Site.
